The rents prize draw takes place every 13 weeks normally the last week in June, the last week in September, Christmas week and the last week in March.
Who can take part?
All tenants who have a clear rent account at the week the draw is held are entered automatically. All tenants who receive Housing Benefit in arrears and who do not owe the Trust any other money are entered into the draw.
The prizes
The prizes are Manchester Credit Union gift vouchers. The first prize is £200, second prize £100 and the third prize is £50.
Exceptions
You will not be entered in the draw if you are in breach of your tenancy; for example you have not allowed access to your home for gas servicing or you or people living at your address have caused anti-social behaviour.
