You can get help with your benefits and money queries without an appointment. If we can’t answer your query straight away we will try to make sure you get an appointment with a member of the Money Matters Team or another money advice provider.
We can help you with things like:-
- Benefit queries
- Benefit calculations
- Budgeting and bills
- Gas and electric bills
- Home contents insurance
- Banking, savings and other financial questions
- Booking an appointment with the Willow Park debt Advisor
- Finding grants plus lots more

Clare West and Robert Brereton – Money Mentors We are able to help you budget your money and look at ways to make your money go further, from reducing your gas and electricity bills to getting your savings account set up. We can also look at finding grants that may help you pay for white goods or utility bills. Robert and Clare also provide weekly advice sessions for all new tenants. During the session new tenants are invited to come and chat about all of the essential financial information they will need when moving home and starting their Willow Park Tenancy. |
