You will be sent a Rent statement every 13 weeks which will show you:

  • How much your weekly rent is
  • Payments you have made
  • Payments of Housing Benefit made direct to Willow Park 
  • Any adjustments to your account  
  • The balance outstanding

If you would like a printed statement telephone 0800 633 5500 and a member of staff will post you one within 24 hours.

Alternatively you can access your statements online if you have signed up to our customer information service. To register to use this service please phone 0800 633 5500 or call in at any of our offices.
