Each service that Willow Park provides has its own Customer Panel which looks at its performance very closely and makes recommendations for improvement. The recommendations go to the Scrutiny Panel and senior managers to review.

Time commitment is quite high with meetings every three months plus occasional extra meetings or activities taking place when they’re needed.
