A brighter tomorrow - Tenant handbook
Welcome to a brighter tomorrow - your Willow Park Tenant Handbook.
If you’ve just moved into your new home we know there are a lot of things to remember. Even if you’ve been in your home for a while there are probably a few things you don’t know about where you live or some of the services we provide. That’s why we’ve produced this Tenant Handbook.
Each section gives a little more information about your Willow Park Housing Trust home and your neighbourhood.
We’ll show you all the things we can do for you and tell you how you can get in touch with us. We’ll tell you how your tenancy works and explain how you can get involved with making the Willow Park area an even better place to live.
We hope you’ll keep this handbook handy as there’s lots of really useful and important things in it that will help you make the most of your Willow Park home.
