Meet The Team...

Victoria McDowell

Victoria McDowell
Employment and Skills Development Manager

I am responsible for setting up and delivering the employment and training initiatives that form the Willow Futures Academy. Over 300 people have participated in a Willow Futures Academy programme since March 2011. My background and passion is in housing and I am a member of the CIH. In my spare time I have a very active social life, playing in badminton tournaments both in the UK and abroad, I also enjoy home improvements and doing voluntary work.

Abbey Watson
Apprentice Manager

Having worked for the Trust for 8 years I have undertaken many roles and tasks and have great knowledge of Property Services. I have recently returned from maternity leave into a part time position managing projects within Property Services. As a new addition to my role I will be providing pastoral and developmental support to the apprenticeship and trainee programmes in Willow Park.

I am looking forward to getting back in the cogs of our operational services and completing site visits and providing support and guidance to our apprentices.

My spare time is mostly taken up by my little boy and as a family I enjoy days out and nights in. I love cooking and making new recipes. I'm also partial to the occasional exercise class (when I'm not too tired) and the odd Mojito or two !!

Stephanie Quinn

Stephanie Quinn
Employment Coordinator

I started with Willow Park on a Future Jobs Fund Placement before getting the role I currently have. Now I look after the Willow Park Jobs Funders and help organise the kind of events that I came from! As a local person I really enjoy working with my community and I hope to change the negative views of Wythenshawe. When Iím not at work I go to the gym, indulge in takeaways and catch up with friends.
