A Leaseholder is someone who has bought a flat from Willow Park through the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire schemes
Willow Park Housing Trust has no objection to leaseholders* sub-letting their flat, but you do need to inform us in writing of your plans
All structural work needs written permission from the Trust, whether it’s internal or external.
