A Leaseholder is someone who has bought a flat from Willow Park through the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire schemes

Willow Park Housing Trust has no objection to leaseholders* sub-letting their flat, but you do need to inform us in writing of your plans

All structural work needs written permission from the Trust, whether it’s internal or external.

Several changes to the repairs service are planned from April 2011, many of which will directly affect you as leaseholders.
