We allocate our homes through a choice based lettings process where applicants with the highest priority have the opportunity to express an interest in a property that is available to let.
Each month we publish information about the homes that we have recently let. This will help people on the waiting list to make informed choices about where they want to live and gives an idea of how long it could take to receive an offer.
The Trust has clear Customer Service Standards for dealing with applicants for our homes which tells you the service you can expect to receive from us.
The Trust owns and manages more than 7000 properties within eight areas in East Wythenshawe
Most of Willow Park’s homes are available at rents between £60–£75 per week depending on the size of the property. Willow Park has recently announced that rent charges will remain the same for the new financial year - April 2010 - March 2011.
