We have extended our Grounds Maintenance Team and introduced an Assisted Gardening Service to help tenants who are not able to do the work themselves.

It is anticipated that all homes that require repairs or replacement fencing to the front and front side of the property will be dealt with by the Improvement Programme.

Whilst you as a tenant are responsible for the condition of your garden we recognise that maintaining mature trees needs to be the responsibility of the Trust even if they are in an individual tenant's garden.
