Please note that calls to our customer services team are recorded and we may use these calls for training and coaching purposes. We may also use these calls to help us investigate complaints and to protect our staff in cases where unacceptable behaviour is displayed by a caller.

Customer service

For repairs, general enquiries, re-housing enquiries, complaints, rent and service charge payments:

Opening Hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday

You can also use these numbers to report an emergency ( where there is a danger to health and safety) outside these hours.

All calls are answered by the CCTV Team who will contact the wardens for you:

It’s a good idea to make an appointment if you want to see your Housing, Rent or Nuisance Officer.  You can meet them at your local office or they can visit you at home.  If you need to talk about something urgently, we have a Duty Officer that you can talk to the same day.

Our offices are open for rent, service charge , reporting repairs and any general enquiries. You can also make an appointment with your Rent, Housing and Nuisance Officers. Alternatively phone us Customer Services.

Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but close at 2pm on Wednesdays. View a map of our office locations.
