It’s a good idea to make an appointment if you want to see your Housing, Rent or Nuisance Officer.  You can meet them at your local office or they can visit you at home.  If you need to talk about something urgently, we have a Duty Officer that you can talk to the same day.

Our offices are open for rent, service charge and council tax payments, reporting repairs and any general enquiries. You can also make an appointment with Rent, Housing and Nuisance Officers. Alternatively phone us on 0800 633 5500.

Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but close at 2pm on Wednesdays. View a map of our office locations.
