Paying service charges
Paying your service charges on time is very important; it is part of your lease agreement and if not kept up to date can lead to Willow Park contacting your mortgage provider.
Sometimes a leaseholder may struggle to pay their service charge demand on time. If you are worried about missing payments or not paying the invoice on time please contact our Income Recovery Team on 0800 633 5500 who will discuss the options available to you. It is important that you contact the Income Recovery Team as soon as you are aware you may have difficulties paying your charges.
Do you know that you can pay your service charge by Direct Debit?
This is the most convenient way for you to manage your account.
You can request a Direct Debit by contacting our Income Recovery Team on 0800 633 5500 or email email@example.com.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties and wish to speak to someone for independent advice, you can contact National Debtline on 0808 808 400; www.nationaldebtline.co.uk or Manchester Citizen’s Advice Bureaux on 03444 111 222; www.citizensadvicemanchester.org.uk.
Alternatively call 0800 633 5500 and ask for an appointment with Wythenshawe Community Housing Group’s free Financial Inclusion Team.
A Finanical Inclusion Officer can check if you are entitled to any help towards your service charges or other benefits and advise on budgeting or debt problems.
