1. Provide an appointment to notify you in writing three weeks before we intend to carry out a gas service. You can request a change to this appointment.
2. Tailor made service appointments (evenings and weekends).
3. Within 28 Days Provide a gas certificate of service for the boiler and fire in your home.
4. Conduct your gas service on a 10 monthly cycle.
